The R-S-600D Crinkle Paper Shredder is an upgraded model designed for versatile packaging applications. Compared with the 600B, the 600D supports a wider range of raw paper materials, from lightweight printing and colored paper to medium-weight kraft and recycled paper, offering greater flexibility in production. While the 600B is mainly suitable for lighter paper grades, the 600D ensures stable performance across both thin and moderately thick papers. In terms of processing technology, the 600D delivers more precise cutting and uniform crinkle shaping than the 600C. The refined crimping effect makes the output strips smoother, more consistent, and visually appealing, which is ideal for premium gift box fillers and e-commerce packaging. By contrast, the 600C focuses on standard crinkle cutting but does not achieve the same level of refinement.

♦Product Usage Guide

The R-S-600D Crinkle Paper Shredder is designed for versatile paper materials, including printing paper, kraft paper, colored paper, and recycled paper. Before operation, ensure the cutting blades and feeding channel are clean and free of residue. Feed paper sheets or rolls evenly into the machine, avoiding excessive thickness to prevent clogging. Select the desired cutting mode—Crinkle or Straight—and start the machine. Processed paper will fall into the collection box for direct use as packaging filler. After use, turn off the machine, clean the blades and feeding area, and regularly check for wear to ensure stable long-term operation.
