The R-S-1000 Mini Crinkle Paper Shredder is designed for efficient and safe production of crinkle paper used in packaging and cushioning. To ensure optimal performance, follow this standard operating procedure.

First, place the machine on a stable, flat surface and connect it to a suitable power supply according to the rated voltage. Before starting, check all components, including blades, rollers, and safety covers, to ensure they are properly installed and free from damage.

Next, load kraft paper or recycled paper rolls into the feeding inlet. Adjust the feeding speed and crinkle settings based on the required output thickness and texture. Start the machine and allow it to run at idle speed for 1–2 minutes to confirm smooth operation.

During operation, feed the paper evenly to avoid blockage. Monitor the output continuously and ensure the shredded crinkle paper meets quality standards. In case of abnormal noise or jamming, stop the machine immediately and inspect the internal components.

After operation, turn off the power, clean residual paper from the machine, and perform routine maintenance such as blade inspection and lubrication to extend service life.
