- 100m/min
♦Product Usage Guide
Begin by preparing dry and clean kraft paper, recycled paper, or corrugated paper to ensure stable processing and high-quality output. Before operation, thoroughly inspect the machine, confirming that belts, rollers, and cutting blades are in good condition and functioning properly to avoid interruptions during production.
Load the paper roll onto the feeding system and carefully adjust the tension and alignment for smooth and continuous feeding. On the control panel, set key production parameters such as honeycomb size, operating speed, and cutting length according to your requirements. Start the machine and monitor the forming process to ensure the honeycomb structure is uniform and consistent.

During operation, collect the finished honeycomb paper rolls or sheets as needed, handling them carefully to maintain shape and quality. After completing production, shut down the machine, clean any remaining paper debris, and carry out routine maintenance, including blade inspection and lubrication, to ensure stable performance and extend the equipment’s service life.
