Prepare kraft paper, colored paper, or recycled paper rolls and place them onto the wide feeding tray designed for high-volume input. Ensure the rolls are positioned securely, and adjust the tension and alignment to achieve smooth, continuous feeding. Proper setup helps reduce vibration, prevents paper deviation, and ensures stable operation during large-scale production.
On the control panel, set the appropriate shredding width and speed according to your production requirements. Once started, the R-S-800’s powerful motor and precision cutting blades efficiently process large quantities of paper into uniform crinkle strips. This model is ideal for high-capacity environments, delivering consistent output quality suitable for protective packaging and industrial use.
During operation, continuously monitor the output bin to prevent overfilling and maintain workflow efficiency. After production is complete, turn off the machine, remove any remaining paper residues, and clean key areas. Regularly inspect and maintain the blades to ensure long-term, stable, and high-performance operation.
